Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of group art
therapy using Korean media on children's self - efficacy. The group art
therapy program using the Korean media was conducted because it can affect
the achievement desire and the self - confidence by controlling the
function to perceive the child to devote to the task through Korean
emotion.
The subjects of this study were 10 elementary school students(A), 15
elementary school students(B) and 15 elementary school students(C) in
elementary schools with low learning ability and low self - confidence.
The subjects were 20 experimental group and 20 control group Respectively.
The research period was 10 times a group art therapy program for 30
minutes ~ 40 minutes twice a week from July 9, 2018 to August 13, 2018. In
order to test the effectiveness of the study, we conducted a self-efficacy
test using Likert's scale before and after the program implementation. We
compared K-HTP's psychological diagnosis method. In order to test the
effect of the study, the self-efficacy test was conducted using the Likert
scale before and after the program implementation, and the K-HTP image was
compared with the psychological diagnosis method (Kim Dong-yeon), The
results are as follows.
First, group art therapy using Korean media was found to be effective in
improving children 's self - efficacy. By expressing abstract images
through the effects of coincidence through Korean emotions, by cultivating
acceptance and autonomy, and by controlling the ability to perceive
confidence and tasks to achieve the expected results of their actions, the
desire for achievement and self-confidence are enhanced.
Second, it has formed the self-concept by having the opportunity to
express frankly the feelings, thinking and emotion of oneself through the
group therapy process using Korean media. The negative, passive and
impulsive attitude changes into positive attitude through interaction with
group peoples.
Third, as a result of examining the changes of children through group art
therapy activities using the K-HTP test and the research record of the
researcher, as the session progressed, gradually the inner part of the
subject was expressed frankly and naturally, and have attachment of their
piece of work.
Therefore, the results of this study can be used as a basic data for the
development of group art therapy programs using Korean media which improve
children 's self - efficacy.|본 연구는 아동을 대상으로 한국화매체를 활용한 집단미술치료가 아동의 자아
효능감 향상에 미치는 효과에 대해 연구하였다. 이를 통해 아동에게 한국적인 정
서를 통해 과제에 정진할 수 있도록 인지하는 기능을 조절하여 성취욕구와 자신
감 향상의 영향을 미칠 수 있기에 한국화매체를 활용한 집단미술치료 프로그램
을 실시하였다.
본 연구 대상은 학습능력이 부진하고 자신감이 낮은 초등학교 1~4학년을 대상
으로 G시 소재 A초등학교 학생 10명, B초등학교 학생 15명, C초등학교 학생 15
명을 대상으로 실험집단과 통제집단 20명을 구성하였다. 연구기간은 2018년 7월
9일부터 2018년 8월 13일까지 주 2회 30분~40분씩 사전, 사후검사를 제외하여 총
10회기 집단미술치료 프로그램을 실시하였다. 연구의 효과를 검정하기 위하여 프
로그램 실시 사전, 사후에 Likert의 척도를 사용하여 자아효능감 검사를 실시하
였고, K-HTP의 심리진단법(김동연, 공마리아, 최외선)을 참고하여 비교분석하여
K-HTP 그림검사를 실시하여 다음과 같은 결과를 제시하고자 한다.
첫째, 한국화매체를 활용한 집단미술치료가 아동의 자아효능감 향상에 효과가
있는 것으로 나타났다. 한국적인 정서를 통한 우연의 효과로 추상적 심상을 표현
하며 수용성과 자율성을 기르고 자신의 행동이 기대한 결과를 얻을 수 있다는
확신과 과제에 정신할 수 있도록 인지하는 기능을 조절하여 성취욕구와 자신감
이 향상되었다.
둘째, 한국화매체를 활용한 집단치료 과정을 통해 자신 내면의 감정이나 느낌,
생각 등을 솔직하게 표출하는 기회를 가짐으로써 자기개념을 형성하였으며 부정
적이고 소극적이며 충동적인 태도가 변화하여 집단원과의 상호작용을 통해 긍정
적으로 변화하였다.
셋째, K-HTP검사와 연구자의 관찰 기록을 사용하여 집단미술치료활동을 통한
아동의 변화를 살펴본 결과, 회기가 진행됨에 따라 점차 자신의 주관적인 내면을
솔직하고 자연스럽게 표출하여 스스로 그림을 완성시키고, 자신의 작품에 애착을
가지게 되었다.
따라서 본 연구의 결과는 아동의 자아효능감을 향상시키는 한국화매체를 활용
한 집단미술치료 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료로 사용될 수 있을 것이다.
