차문화와 다식에 관한 연구

Abstract

This study has developed a sensual pattern of Dasik by reinterpreting the existing patterns of dasik by modern perspective based on the Korean traditional patterns including the tenor. Based on this research, we tried to contribute to the development of a dasik culture appropriate to the times.For this purpose, I conducted in-depth interviews with interviews with experts including Kim Kyu-seok, who is a master of the rice dumplings, as well as a review of the literatures on the rice dumplings. Based on this, we selected 16 patterns that are suitable for the characteristics of modern people in traditional patterns. These modern complex and colorful patterns are reinterpreted in a modern way, and finally, 20 simple and interesting patterns of Dasik pattern are finally designed. The symbolic meaning of the pattern was analyzed through literature review. In the analysis results, the meaning of Dasik was longevity, wealthy movies, success, parental respect, friendship between friends, family love, fertility and prosperity. Especially, the symbolic meaning of Dasik pattern will play a useful role in resolving interpersonal problems, family problems, and social problems that are easily faced in modern society. Second, it is meaningful that we have developed nutritionally scientific and excellent modern ceremonies. If it is popularized in connection with tea cultures, economic benefits can be generated because the beauty of Dasik can be emphasized and value can be given.Third, we developed an opportunity to succeed and develop our unique traditional culture in the future through the development of modern drapery. In order to pass on our cultural heritage to our descendants, we need constant attention, participation and effort. In particular, due to the rapid development of the industrial society and the spread of mass media, it is urgent to develop a traditional culture that can be used in daily life rather than a traditional culture that is only found on certain anniversaries or holidays. In this respect, the development of the Dasik pattern, which is approached from a modern perspective, is expected to contribute to the development of everyday life connected with tea culture as well as popular Dasik culture. Therefore, in order to popularize the tea ceremony culture and the Tea Culture, the interest and research should be continued.|본 연구는 한국의 전통적 문양을 현대적인 관점으로 재해석함으로써, 다식문화의 발전에 기여하고자 한다. 한국의 문화가 그대로 드러나는 다식문양은 장수, 부귀영화, 성공, 부모공경, 친구간의 우애, 가족사랑, 다산과 자손번영 등 상징과 의미가 담겨있다. 특히 차와 다식의 조화는 우리 선조들의 삶의 지혜와 사랑을 알 수 있다. 다식문양은 음양의 조화와 복록을 추구하는 마음을 담고 있다. 다식문양에 관한 문헌을 통하여 선조들의 철학적 · 추상적 개념을 이해한 후 현대인들의 생활에 필요하고 흥미로운 기호음식으로써의 다식문화가 확산될 수 있도록 다양한 연구와 개발이 필요하다. 현대화 된 다식문양을 개발하기 위해 떡살 다식판 기능전수자와 이에 관련된 전문가들과의 심층면담을 통해 현대인의 기호에 맞는 20가지의 다식문양을 창작하였다. 이러한 과정을 통하여 본 연구에서는 다음과 같은 시사점을 도출할 수 있었다. 첫째, 다식 문화를 현대적 다식문양으로 재해석하여 한국의 전통과 문화를 알리고 이를 기반으로 다식문양과 다식문화가 새롭게 형성되기를 기대한다. 둘째, 다식은 사상적, 과학적, 영양학적으로 훌륭한 간식이다. 다식의 재료는 철 따라 구하기 쉬운 재료로 다양하게 만들어 먹을 수 있으며, 부모의 공경과 손님에게 예의를 갖출 수 있으며, 대중화와 상업화를 시킴으로써, 경제적 이익을 창출할 수 있다. 셋째, 현대적인 다식문양 개발을 통해 우리의 고유한 전통문화를 후대에 계승 발전시킬 수 있는 계기를 마련하였다. 우리의 문화유산을 후손에게 물려주기 위해서는 이에 대한 지속적인 관심과 참여, 연구 등이 필요하다. 특히, 산업사회의 급속한 발달과 매스미디어의 보급으로 인해 특정기념일이나 명절에만 찾는 전통문화가 아니라 생활 속에서 함께 할 수 있는 전통문화의 개발이 시급한 실정이다. 이러한 측면에서 현대적인 시각으로 접근한 다식문양의 개발은 대중적인 다식문화는 물론 차문화와 연계한 일상생활을 조성하는데 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다. 따라서 다식문화와 차문화의 대중화를 위해서는 향후에도 지속적인 관심과 연구가 지속되어야 할 것이다.
