세대별 미술치료 프로그램 인식 및 이용실태 만족에 관한 조사연구

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide foundational data to Yeongam-gun treatment service organizations through researches on the recognition of the art therapy programs and the satisfaction of the use of the generations situation of the art therapy service generation. Therefore, we want to help improve the operation of treatment service institutions and revitalize art therapy services. For about three weeks in April 2017, with the utilization of using art therapy program, visited to the institutions art therapy program in connection with Yeongam-gun and then distributed and collected questionnaire sheets through an indirect research method. Total 250 sheets were distributed however, 221 sheets were used to be inappropriate for the analysis as they were answered unreliably. Collected data went through frequency analysis and descriptive statistical analysis by using SPSS for windows 20, and to verify the questionnaire sheets’ validity and collected data’s reliability analysis were conducted. The results of this study are summarized as follows: The lower the age, appropriate in the overall awareness of the art therapy program and the interest and preference for art therapy was higher in the treatment area. In the program utilization survey, the motivation for using the program was the highest in the group programs such as after school and workshop, and the duration and frequency of participating in the program were found to be short. In the survey on whether the art therapy services were continuously reused and invited to others, a positive evaluation was noticed. The investment value satisfaction has positive effect on the intention to reuse, but the cost and transportation satisfaction are in urgent need of support due to the negative effect on reuse intention. The need for positive aspects of use should be taken into account to bring to the satisfaction of local resources by improving the quality of transportation and therapists. In the future, it will be necessary to actively work on systematic treatment facilities and art therapy programs through mutual cooperation with municipalities and therapeutic service institutions.|본 연구는 전라남도 영암군을 중심으로 미술치료 프로그램 서비스 현황 및 이용실태와 인식에 대하여 알아봄으로써 지역 내 미술치료 프로그램 서비스 활성화를 위한 기초자료로 이용될 뿐 아니라 이러한 연구를 토대로 향후 개선 방향에 대한 지역 서비스 기관 운영과 치료 서비스 확대에 도움을 주고자 한다. 2017년 4월 약 3주간에 걸쳐 사전 인터뷰를 통한 가족 구성원 중 미술치료 서비스 이용 경험이 있는 지역주민을 대상으로 주로 영암군에 있는 치료서비스 연계기관에 방문하여 직접 배부 및 회수하는 직접 조사방법을 실시하였다. 설문지는 총 250부 배포하였고, 이 중 221부 회수되었으며 회수된 221부 모두 최종 분석에 활용하였다. 본 연구에 사용된 자료 분석은 설문 조사를 통해 얻어진 결과를 사회과학통계패키지 프로그램인 SPSS(Statistical Package For Social Science) 20(한글판)을 사용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구는 현재 영암군에 거주하거나 직장 또는 학교 등으로 생활권이 있는 지역 내 주민 중에서도 미술치료 서비스 이용 경험이 있는 대상자 중심으로 미술치료 프로그램에 대한 인식과 이용실태 및 프로그램에 관한 만족도를 조사하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 위의 연구조사를 통해 미술치료 프로그램 서비스를 경험한 다양한 세대를 통합하여 지역 내 미술치료 프로그램 활성화와 서비스 치료기관에 기초자료를 제공함으로써 프로그램의 질적 향상에 도움을 주고자 하는데 있다.
