중국 동북지역 진출을 위한 중·한 경제협력 발전방안

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the present situations and pending issues related to the localization of Korea companies and government plans in China and to grope for meaningful alternative countermeasures. Dongbei's three provinces composed of Liaoning, Jilin and Heilongjiang are located in the northeast of China. The total area is 3.6 times larger than the Korea Peninsula, and the total population is about 100 millions. The national border among Russia, Mongolia and North Korea ranged 4,650km. The Chinese government is going to drive forward with the plan for the development of this area for the central pivot of northeast Asia in the future. Also the Chinese government plans to structures various infrastructures in this region. Therefore, It is necessary that we exploit an opportunity at this point and strongly cooperate with Dongbei's three provinces. The three provinces of chinese Northeast, Liaoning, Heilongjiang and Jilin Provinces, which are examined in this paper, play a practical bridging role in trade between Korea Peninsula. In these three Chinese Northeastern Provinces, some twenty thousand Koreans run 5 thousand or so enterprises and a close relationship between Korea and the region is formed and maintained as about seven hundred individuals are moving from one place to the other and vice versa. In future, if it becomes possible to move the logistics from our country to Russia and Europe passing the North Korea the rail-road and the highway, and to equip producing and exporting system in this region, it may become a good advancing opportunity for companies to prepare the future.
