Abstract

The basic actuating force of deviding work is comparative advantage.From utter comparative advantage of Smith to Ricardo's relative comparative advantage, from ELI.Heckscher and Bertil Ohlin 's Factor Endowments Theory to Dixit-Stiglitz Theory, and integration comparative advantage of inframarginal economics, the theory of comparative advantage experienced the process in which exogene comparative advantage and endogenesis comparative advantage were going together, single factor comparative advantage developed to multifactor comparative advantage. After world war2 the countries which chose the stratagems of overtaking or import substitution failed in achieving the a development aim. But someother countries or areas got high accomplishment which did not use or used stratagems of overtaking and import substitution less. They are Korea, Honkong, Singapore, Taiwan,etc. In china, the econmic is developed in disproportion way. The richer area shuold offer up in independent creation. After necessary accumulateion, they should go out their traditional comparative advantage, and make up new economic growth model, which should be built up with their own industry status. In other area of China, comparative advantage thoery is also the baisc fundamental, and develop their technology and make foamous brand.
