Abstract
It was W. A. Mozart(1756-1791) who complaeted the modern concerto. Before him, concerto was so-called concerto grosso, the form that performed on more than one musical instrument but Mozart cleared an orchestral accompaniment system fora solo instrument. He composed about 50 concerto for every kind of instrument including the piano. Among them, the flute concerto was only K.313 and K.314.
This study examined how the basic components such as the form, harmony, melody and rhythm of G Major, K.313, a flute concerto developed and formed this concerto as a whole by analyzing and studying the work and to which relationship the flute developed with orchestra as a leading instrument which was not as much developed as today.
In the introduction, I showed the direction of this study of the main subject as I described the life of Mozart and the social situation of his time and in the main subject, I analyzed and examined the characteristics of classical concerto and the historical meaning of Mozart in part B dividing part A and B. Lastly, I summarized the characteristics of his work, G Major, K.313, a flute concerto synthesizing as a result of analysis.
