지구단위계획에서의 건축규제요소에 관한 연구

Abstract

Architecture that forms the physical and characteristic of urban space is an element to represent a distinctive feature and character of urban. Presently, buildings on urban are constructed by reckless form and scale not considering the organic order between their elements, and had a tendency of pursuing their own character rather than the organic order between their elements though architecture inside of urban is the important factor of forming the street and urban landscape. In this sense, district unit plan is important in respect of a material that provides intimate environment can invent various streetscape and urban landscape. Also it is the powerful plan having a group regulation element about architecture. Therefore, we did this study for the purpose of investigating a specific character of architectural regulation element of houses in the part of new town development and conservation district unit plan. through Namack-New Town and woongchon residential site development district etc As a result, architectural regulation element appeared in houses used without establishment of image so it can not approach the purpose of the original district unit plan. Especially, it becomes a passive plan because of following the regulation of own's city·county and of similarity between all district unit plans. Therefore, it is necessary to making a new district unit plan that which can invent the identity of the earth for the future. Also, we need to introduce various architectural regulation elements and to make a research about it through inducting the rules of incentive rather than a simple regulation.
