측모 두부방사선 규격사진과 측모 사진의 비교 분석

Abstract

교정치료를 위한 진단과 치료계획 수립에 있어 다른 진단 자료와 함께 주로 Cephalometrics를 사용해왔으며 얼굴 사진은 보조적인 수단으로 이용해왔다. 그러나 현대인들이 심미적인 안모에 대한 욕구가 높으며 건강에 대한 관심 또한 높아 방사선에 노출되는 빈도를 줄이고자 하는바, 본 연구에서는 측모 사진의 계측분석으로 측모 두부방사선사진 계측분석과 비교해 봄으로써, 그 대체 가능성을 시험 평가해 보고자 했다. 측모 방사선사진과 측모 사진의 비교분석을 위해, ANB 값을 기준으로 나눈 Ⅰ급 부정교합 32 명, Ⅱ급 부정교합 32명, Ⅲ급 부정교합 31 명을 대상으로, 측모 두부방사선사진과 측모 사진을 채득한 후, 수평적, 수직적 관계를 나타내는 계측치들에서 각각 평균과 표준편차를 구해 세 군간 평균차이를 비교했는데, 두 분석에서 그 차이의 양상이 비슷했으며, 또한 두 분석의 비슷한 계측치 간의 통계적인 유의성을 알아보기 위해 Ⅰ급 부정교합군을 대상으로 각 계측치에서 표준화 변수 Z를 이용한 t-test와 함께 상관분석을 시행한 후 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 측모 사진의 SnN`Pg`는 상, 하악골 간의 전, 후방적 관계를 나타내는 지표로서 통계학적 의미을 보였다. 2. 측모 사진의 N`-Sn/Sn-Pg`은 facial convexity 를 나타내는 지표로 통계학적 의미를 보였다. 3. 측모 사진의 N`-Tra-Me`는 FMA를 나타내는 지표로 통계학적 의미를 보였다. 이상의 소견은 측모 사진의 계측에 의해 안모의 골격형태를 유추할 수 있는 결과로 사료된다.|It has been used cephalometrics in the orthodontic diagnosis and treatment plan and photograph is only for the compensation of analysis. As interest in health and concern about harm of radiation have increased, this study was to evaluate the possibility of alternative by comparing lateral cephalometrics and photogrammetrics. To compare cephalometrics and photogrammetrics, the subjects were consisted of ninety-five adult. By ANB value, subjects were devided into three groups: Cl. Ⅰ malocclusion, 32; Cl. Ⅱ, 32; Cl. Ⅲ, 31. After angular analyzing, indicating horizontal and vertical relationship, on the lateral cephalometrics and photogrammetrics and mean difference was compared among three groups. To know the stastical significance between two similar values, t-test and correlation analysis on the each value were performed in the Cl Ⅰmalcclusion group. The results are as follows: 1. SnN`Pg` on photogrammetrics indicated antero-posterior relationship of maxilla and mandible and was statistically significant. 2. N`-Sn/Sn-Pg`on photogrammetrics indicated facial convexity and was statistically significant. 3. Sn-Tra-Me` on photogrammetrics indicated FMA and was statistically significant. These results suggested that analysis of photogrammetrics could analogize the facial skeletal configuration.
