주기화 프로그램의 적용이 태권도 선수의 유·무산소성 능력, 등속성 근력, 근파워에 미치는 영향

To examine the influences of applying periodized training program to aeroboic, anaerobic capacities, isokinetic muscular strength and muscular power of Taekwondo players, this study was desighed that 20 male Taekwondo players at high school were divided into 10 experimental group participating in periodized training program and 10 control group participating in traditional training group and conducted 14-week experiment. Training programs were managed similarly, but periodized training group made efforts to apply all training programs including weight training and traditional training group developed ordinary training program of Taekwondo players.
Training program was composed of 1 hour exercise 4 times a week. For 14-week training period, the first measurement (anatomical adaptation stage) was done, the second measurement (maximum muscular strength stage) was performed at 7-week intervals and the third measurement (power maintenance stage) was conducted. Subjects participated in the experiment were school Taekwondo players and the instruction of the program was done by manager and coach of Taekwondo team. As a result of vequired changes in exdmining profossional physical strength changes required for Taekwondo players by group and period for 14 weeks, the following conclusions were obtained.
1) It was found that periodized training group and traditional traininggroup showed statistically significant reduction in the second measurement compared to the first in isokinetic muscular strength (left and right extensor and flexor). In particular, periodized training group showed a significant increase in the third measurement in left extensor, right extensor and left flexor. In isotonic muscular strength (squat 1RM), periodized training group showed significant increase.
2) In the meaning of power in muscular strength factors, periodized training group showed significant increases in the 2nd and the 3rd measurements, but traditional training group showed significant decrease in the 2nd and 3rd measurements.
3) As a result of analyzing left and right extensors and right muscular power, both showed significant decrease in the 2nd measurement in left and right extensor power of knee joint and periodized training group showed significant increase in the third measurement in left and right extensor power of knee joint.
4) Agility factors in physical adjustment abilities (agility, flexibility and balance) showed significant increase in the third compared to the first in side step.
5) As a result of examining changes of 2,000m race records as cardiopulmonary endurance factors, both groups showed significant increase in the second measurement and the cyclic group only showed improvement of cardiopulmonary endurance in the third measurement.
This study was divided the subjects into periodized training and traditional training groups at the same school, but it caused the problem in developing program. Therefore, future studies need selection of subjects from different schools to examine changes before, during and after applying different training programs and alternative weight program should be developed and distributed by considering the lacks of weight facilities at general schools. In addition, it is judged that measurement period of physical strength should be after middle period and final step rather than the middle of periodized training. Development of strategies for general management of competition power factors of Taekwondo players at high schools is required.
