자궁경부 종양 환자의 최근 10년간의 추이 변동에 대한 연구

Abstract

목적 : 최근 10년간의 자궁 경부 종양환자의 추이변동을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 1994년부터 2004년 사이에 10년동안 조선대학교 병원 산부인과에 자궁경부 종양으로 내원한 174명의 환자를 대상으로 차트분석 및 전화문의를 하였다. 결과 : 174명중에서 10명의 환자가 상피내 병변으로 진단되었고, 24명의 환자가 상피내암으로 진단되었으며 140명의 환자가 자궁경부암으로 진단되었다. 치료는 수술을 시행한 군은 119명이었고 수술을 시행하지 않은군은 55명이었다. 수술적 치료를 시행한군에서도 수술만 한경우가 41명, 수술적 처치 및 항암제 치료, 방사선치료 등을 보조적으로 사용한 경우가 총78명이었다. 수술을 시행하지 않은 55명중에서 항암제 치료로만 한경우는 44명이었고 11명의 환자는 방사선치료만 시행하였다. 결론 : 10년간의 자궁경부 종양 환자의 추이변동을 확인해 본 결과 자궁경부암 조기검진이 늘어날수록 상피내암 및 상피내 병변에서 조기 진단됨으로 침윤암이 줄어들었다. 자궁경부암은 자궁경부암 조기검진을 통해 발병률 및 사망률을 낮출 수 있다는 것이다.|Objective The aim of this study was to understand the trends in patients with cervical cancer in last 10 years. Patients & Methods One hundred and Seventy four patients who visited Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinics of Chosun University Hospital between 1994 and 2004 due to cervical cancer were analyzed by chart review and telephone inquiry. Results Out of total 174 patients, 10 patients were diagnosed as CIN(cervical intraepithelial neoplasia) ,24 patients were diagnosed as CIS, 140 patients were diagnosed as cervical cancer. 41 patients were treated with operative therapy alone, 78 patients were treated with combination of operative therapy and Chemotherapy, 11 patients were treated with radiotherapy alone. Conclusion This study showed that early diagnosis can decrease mortality and prevalence rate of cervical cancer
