디지털 프린팅을 이용한 텍스타일 디자인 연구 - 한국의 창살 문양을 중심으로

Abstract

디지털은 21세기 산업사회의 정보화, 테크 놀러지화를 지향하며 사회 전반에 걸쳐 영향을 미치고 있는 중요한 시대적 흐름의 대명사이다. 사회 전 분야에 걸쳐 디지털화가 진행되고 있으며, 특히 정보 기술의 발달로 디자인 분야의 컴퓨터 그래픽이 발전했고, 이로 인해 디지털은 디자인 프로세스의 중요한 도구이자 요소가 되었다. 이러한 시대의 변화와 함께 국내 산업의 주축을 이루었던 섬유분야에도 기존의 날염, 방직 등의 아날로그 프로세스 과정에 디지털 프로세스의 개념이 접속되어 지금까지의 작업 공정에 비해 더욱 정밀하고 신속한 작업이 가능하게 되었다. 이로 인해 전사 날염 분야에도 DTP (Digital Textile Printing)시스템이 등장하여 시대적 흐름에 맞추어 전사날염 분야의 획기적인 발전을 기대 할 수 있게 되었다. 이렇게 빠르게 변하는 세계 흐름과 소비자의 성향에 맞추어 디자인을 개발하고 신기술을 도입하여 생산성을 크게 향상 시켜야만 소비자를 증대 시킬 수 있으며 외국으로의 수출도 유도하여 회생의 실마리를 찾을 수가 있다. 또한 디자인에 있어서도 한국 전통문양의 하나인 창살 문양 중 귀갑 창살문, 꽃 창살문, 빗 꽃살문, 교창살문, 십자살문 등을 현대 감각에 맞게 변형 시키거나 서로 다른 문양을 조합하였고 색의 사용도 선명한 원색보다는 중간색조의 톤으로 처리하여 독창적인 디자인으로 개발 하였다. 이것을 이용한 패션소품을 제작하였는데 이는 점차 차별화, 개성화 되어가는 소비자의 취향에 맞는 산업으로 발전시킬 수 있을 것이다. 디자인 개발과 상품의 고급화, 다양화로 다품종 소량 생산에 의한 고부가가치를 창출해 내야 할 것이며 디자인의 중요성을 더욱 인식 하여 텍스타일 산업이 섬유 산업 발전에 초석으로 끊임없는 정보의 획득과 기술 개발 및 디자인을 통해 상품의 질적 향상을 이루어야 세계 섬유 시장에서 경쟁력을 확보 할 것으로 본다.|Digital technology is representative of a recent important trend that has an influence on the entire area of our information and technology based society in the 21st century. Digital technology dominates the whole area of society and in particular, computer graphic design has been developed due to developed information and technology, by which digital technology becomes an important means and a factor of design process. Along with such social change, a concept of digital process in analogous process such as printing and manufacturing was introduced to textile design, which contributes to more rapid and precise management of textile design than that of previous process. In transcription printing, the Digital textile printing system was introduced, through which an innovative development of transcription printing is expected according to the changes of society. When productivity is greatly improved through development of a new design pattern and a new technology in accordance with changing trend of the world and preferences of customers, consumption and more overseas export can be expanded.Also, in design, Korean lattice strips patterns such as Guigap lattice strips, Flower pattern lattice strips, Comb lattice strips, Gyo lattice strips, and Sip lattice strips are transformed according to the preferences of customers or they are combined with other patterns. Neutral tone of colors rather than vivid colors are used for unique design effects. Based on the variated design principles, design products have been developed and they are expected to create a fashion trend adapted to preferences of customers, which are gradually individualized. Through quality improvement and diversification of designed products, high added value can be created. When we recognize the importance of design more actively, it is suggested that textile industry shall secure competence in world textile market by quality improvement through continuous acquisition of information and technology development.
