“One-Pot" Process에 이용한 폴리올레핀 나노복합체의 제조 및 특성 연구

Abstract
ABSTRACT : In this study, ethylene vinyl acetate(VA content, 26)/clay nanocomposites were prepared by melt blending. Thermal property, structure and morphology of the EVA/clay nanocomposites were investigated. When the composition ratios of the compounds of EVA/DAS/clay were 97.5/2.5/1~10 (w/w/w), X-ray diffractograms of EVA/clay nanocomposites revealed that the intercalation of polymer chains lead to increase the spacing between clay layers. TEM microphotographs showed that EVA was intercalated into clay. TGA performed under air atmosphere demonstrated a great increase in thermal stability of the EVA/clay nanocomposties. The maximum decomposition temperature of EVA/clay nanocomposite was increased about 50 ℃ compared with pure EVA. When the clay contents were 7.5 wt%, the LOI values were increased with increasing of the clay content. When the clay contents were 7.5 wt%, The cone-calorimeter values of hrr were decreased with increasing of the clay content.
