- This study is a case study of GWP(Great Workplace). The improvement and innovation are among the key details of the company in Korea after the IMF economic crisis, and then the Great Workplace issue can be said of the study subjects. GWP can be called a great workplace which is a happy workplace, and this concept expresses the hopes and dreams that could work to its employees. IMF economic crisis in Korea has emphasized the effort and enterprise of employees which led the rapid growth of company. During that time, employees are paid a lot of dedication and service. However, at the time of the members and work to form a high performance and a lot of dedication and commitment and the dedication and commitment were performed.
This study is explained in conjunction with a high-performance organization, and GWP which was come from Western concept. In the meantime, our country, yet many studies have paid attention to the commitment and high performance organization or organizations, and stressed the importance of the meaning of the GWP but have not actually present practices of GWP. This study implemented the appearance of Korean GWP while running in the face of such a situation in the financial institution branches in Korea, and hence description based on the case received my award financial institutions.
Financial institutions is fierce competition between organizations with emphasis on the point of performance. High pressure on performance suffers a lot of difficulties such as stress and emotional labor in situations that lead to customer satisfaction. Case analysis of GWP that may cause a high performance to those who may be called to be the next country if companies benchmarking. This study has finally provided evidence of GWP in the Korean situation on the basis of practical issues.
