ABSTRACT

The Effects of Self-Leadership on Psychological, Subjective Well-being: Organizational Justice As a Moderator

The purpose of this study is not only to examine the effects of self-leadership on psychological well-being and subjective well-being, but also verifies the role of organizational justice as a moderate relationship between self-leadership and psychological well-being, subjective well-being. Colquitt(2001) suggest that organizational justice consist of four sub dimensions which distributive, procedural, interpersonal informational justice. after literature review the key concepts, then build up hypothesis such as main effect and moderating effect hypotheses. to test of hypothesis, survey method was performed. total of qualified 231 questionnaires are used for analysis. The result are as follows:
First, self-leadership has meaningfully positive effects on psychological well-being and subjective well-being. second, organizational justice specially, distributive justice significant positive effects on psychological well-being and subjective well-being. also interpersonal justice significant positive effects on psychological well-being. third, organizational justice show the partially moderating effect of relationship between self-leadership and psychological well-being, subjective well-being.
