광산업 제품 품질인증제도에 관한 연구

Abstract

In this paper, we conducted a companies using KOPTI(Korea Photonics Technology Institute) through verification analysis about optical electronics industry's product quality certification system and analyzed customer satisfaction of test certification service and quality certification provided by KOPTI. By expanding certification acquisition, we reminded need to strengthen competitiveness of product Customer Satisfaction Investigations are executed by 119 companies among 330 companies across the country using KOPTI Test & Certification Center by dividing 4 items. Analysis results showed that customer satisfaction of investigated companies increased 4.5 point compared to last year and satisfaction of all 4 items of honam district higher than that of other district and have relatively low satisfactory distribution in capital area. Also, Companies utilizing KOPTI Test & Certification Center without facility device, showed high satisfaction. After collecting comment of companies inside Gwangju-city, companies have difficulties due to certification commission, reduction of supporting business. Because most optical industry companies are small businesses having below 50 people, the fee of acquiring and keeping certification cause problem to manage businesses. Reduction of government's supporting business also cause burden to companies. By developing KOPTI's own Test & Certification project and making supporting business connected to government or local government, utilization of quality certification system will be further expanded through creation of environment using quality certification system. Through this, companies using quality certification system will have constantly providable technology, customers will be provided high quality product. Finally, domestic optical industries are expected to grow increasingly.
