한국기업의 중국진출 방안에 관한 연구

Abstract

This study examines the current status and prospect of Chinese economy based on bibliography to identify what measures we have to develop to keep up with changed business policies such as the Law of Reality and Corporation Tax Law that passed through the National People's Congress. As measures to deal with the changed business environment, this study presents the following suggestions: First, we have to keep in mind that we should develop competitive power rather than depend on privileges in advancing to China. Second, enterprises should analyse threats and opportunities according to changed environment properly to re-adjust business strategies against China. Third, we should completely analyse the effects and ripple effect of effective each law to prepare countermeasures, prepared against the measures in progress of setting up laws in advance, and actively present the opinions of enterprises to Chinese government. Fourth, we have to develop measures to reinforce risk management involved in changed Chinese economy environment.
