한 중 무역거래 활성화 방안에 관한 연구

Abstract

Korea and China have tried to establish the future-oriented cooperation in economy and trade by pushing forward ten cooperative projects, that is, IT. BT. and NT. electric power, resource development, finance, distribution, support of Beijing Olympic Games, and the exploitation of Western Area of Ching. Before Ching's entry into the WTO system, Korea and China had different market structures, which made Korean enterprises in China difficult market structures, which made Korean enterprises in China difficult in doing business there. But after China's entry into the WTO system, many difficult problems have been solved. Nevertheless, some problems remain unsolved. They are : ① anti-dumping and import restriction, ② inspection and quarantine, ③ protection of intellectual property rights, ④ revision of investment guarantee agreement, ⑤ conclusion of social security, etc. So, in this study I conflicts between Korea and China by comparing the trade systems of the two countries with each other. And further, I compared the principles and objects of the foreign trade laws, promotion plans of international trade and details of import-export transactions and trade systems of the two countries. In the future, Korea should try to improve the trade unbalance by increasing the amount of export to China. In conclusion, two countries need to study the plans for expansion of trade by founding special districts, that is, Free Trade Area.
