Abstract
It is whether they satisfy or not about their job that the members of organization, must importantly have an interest in making an organization living.
Therefore, the goal of this study is to reveal what are the significant factors to influence job satisfaction according to the population characteristics, based on the job satisfaction factors to be classified by E.A. LOCKE.
In order to reveal the factors which were significant in accordance with the population characteristics ANOVA was adopted, and to test what factors were the significant factors to influence job satisfaction, Multiple regression analysis was adopted.
The sample consisted of 515 employees engaged in other securities Metropolitan Rapid Transit Corporation and the random sampling method was adopted.
The results of hypothesis testings are as follows:
First, the hypothesis Ⅰ According to the job position, job satisfaction is a significant difference, work environment, pay, promotion and supervision are significant factors.
Second, the hypothesis Ⅱ According to the by regional groups, job satisfaction has a significant difference. pay, promotion, work environment, role conflict supervision are significant difference.
Even though this study brings light on the factors which have significant difference, in this study job satisfaction factors are restricted to nice. And this study is not a research about the whole job satisfaction, it limits only to reveal significant factors in accorance with the population characteristics among the factors which is selected.
It shall be desirable to be made a study on the whole job satisfaction with other factors and samples.
