셀프리더십이 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구 : 리더십 유형의 조절효과를 중심으로

- Abstract
- This study aims to reveal importance of self-leadership for encouraging organized citizens' behaviors and enhancing organizational efficiency, verify hypothesis that self-leadership has an adjustment effect on organized citizens' behaviors depending on types of leadership and analyze the influence of self-leadership and leadership types on achieving democratic and autonomous business management through voluntary citizens' behaviors.
The results of this study are summarized as follows;
First, behavioral and cognitive strategies of self-leadership have an influence of cooperative behaviors in organized citizens' behaviors.
Second, all factors of self-leadership except for self-criticism affect the autonomous behaviors of organized citizens' behaviors.
Third, rehearsal and self-goals of self-leadership have an influence on sacrifice of organized citizens' behaviors.
Fourth, all variables of self leadership except for self-criticism have an influence on responsibility of organized citizens' behaviors.
Fifth, self-setting goal, self-respect and self-compensation of self-leadership have a significant influence on creativity of organized citizens' behaviors.
Sixth, self-criticism, self-setting goal and self-compensation of self-leadership have a significant influence on criticism of organized citizens' behaviors.
Seventh, there is no adjustment effect of leadership type in relationship between self-leadership and organized citizens' behaviors.
To sum up the above results, behavioral and cognitive strategies of self-leadership have a significant influence on behaviors of organized citizens' behaviors.
Limitations and future directions of this study are as follows.
First, there is a problem of generalization. This study utilizes small-scaled samples and is horizontal research.
Second, this study doesn't consider environmental variables affecting the research.
Third, there is a limitation in questionnaire and data collection.
Fourth, this study collects data from small and medium enterprises in Gwangju and Jeonnam and needs comparative research with organizations in other regions.
