This study aimed to suggest how to help establish and activate the venture business which are deemed essential to help venture business to execute knowledge-based management and thereby, advance the knowledge-based economy.
so, what knowledge-based economy is and how it has been applied in korea were surveyed. Both specifically and in overall terms, the meaning and contents of knowledge-based economy were analyzed.
To enhance competitiveness and production efficiency of venture business, it was deemed necessary to use some systematic approaches.
Therefore, high emphasis was put on the ways how to create a supportive. environment for venture business and change the paradigm and thereby design the action programs which help venture business to be engaged in knowledge-based management For a country, Venture Company accelerates industrial restructure and augments national economic efficiency, thus enables the country to overcome the growth limitation and establish future national competitiveness. Also, Venture Company contains extremely important national economic significance because it performs an essential role that promotes ultramodern technological industry.
An effective management of core human resource is required for this Venture Company to achieve business growth in poor resource environment. However, the researches on general characteristics and future oriented course establishment are, in fact, insufficient.
Hence, this research will focus on the human resource management for Venture Company's success and suggest course to ameliorate the actual problems by grasping the characteristics of human resource.
This research first scrutinized the significance and characteristic of Venture Companies, and investigated preceding researches on Venture Company's human resource management to achieve its purpose.
In addition, it analyzed the characteristics of domestic Venture Company's human resource management in several management categories; supply and security, maintenance and development, labor condition, relationship between employers and employees, policies and management principle. Based on these, this research propose a course of amelioration, which can pacify the present problems of human resource management, in various categories.
