Abstract
In this paper, The urgency and peculiarities of performing computer diagnostics of the emotional level of development of children of preschool age with limited health capabilities with the help of the module for recognizing emotions are considered. The process of recognizing emotions is considered and the results of analysis of existing recognition methods are presented, it is suggested to use a method based on characteristic Haar attributes and AdaBoost learning algorithm for face recognition. The study allowed choosing a combined approach to capture and determine a person using the technology of tracking the view using a web camera and the method of visible images to determine the position of the face. On the basis of the proposed algorithms and methods for processing video images, in the future an emotion recognition system will be developed, which will allow assessing the emotional state of preschool children in the learning process and diagnosing the level of mind development. The results of emotion recognition systems work will help in the future research to determine the level of emotional children disorders using the results of diagnostics of cognitive activity and personality development.
