- Abstract
- The study was conducted in Hyundai Motor's 2017 Santa Fe. The model was equipped with a 2200CC diesel engine and a VGT system.it is possible to diminish the aforementioned problems and maximize the benefits of using a turbocharger by controlling the area of exhaust gas passage via a variable vane. The purpose of this study is to elucidate the causes of failures in vehicles that are often not accelerated. The main causes of poor acceleration are as follows. First, the wires are disconnected. Second, contact instability. Third, defective VGT actuator. In this study, data was analyzed using equipment of G company in actual failure situation. Then, the VGT circuit was measured. As a result, we found that the VGT actuator was the cause of the failure.
