- Abstract
- In this paper, we propose a method to solve the problems that it is difficult to repeat the characteristics evaluation because it takes a lot of time to obtain the results of experiment or characterization analysis due to passive transfer in biological inverted microscope. It is possible to confirm the entire area of t h e well plate, which is a cell culture container, in a commercialized biological inverted microscope. In order to check the result of the property of the material or cell more quickly and conveniently than the driving time of the manual stage, we developed a 2-axis automatic stage and experimented on the position repetition accuracy. As a result, it was confirmed that the repeatability of the position of the two-axis stage mounted on the inverted microscope was ± 8.125μm on the X axis and ± 7.75μm on the Y axis. It is expected that the development of more precise stage than μm unit will be possible through the experiment of this paper.
