Abstract
The Fault location system is divided into the AT boost current ratio method and the reactance method. In the general railway section, the boost current ratio method is used. In the case of an accident in the power supply section, the wake current non-direction expression refers to a method of expressing the wake current flowing into both ATs supplying power at an accident point in proportion to the ratio. In order to obtain accurate current ratio characteristics, a forced ground fault test is carried out. The forced ground fault test is not available in poor ground and requires much time and preparation. In this paper, we propose a method to replace the forced ground fault test by measuring the current ratio data of AT neutral point by using electric locomotive as a load, and verify its usefulness by measuring the current ratio during operation of the electric locomotive in the operating section.
