웨이블릿 히스토그램을 이용한 쥐의 관절염(Arthritis) 특성 분석

Abstract

This research newly investigates a characteristic analysis in mouse with arthritis via wavelet histogram. Regardless of any complicated or sophisticated methods for characteristic analysis, this research can provide useful information on characteristic analysis in mouse. For implementation of the wavelet histogram in mouse, it was previously assumed that two-dimensional (2D) bones of two micro-computed tomography (micro-CT) with and without arthritis are all an original input applied to the wavelet histogram. For reference, this research considered the collagen antibody-induced arthritis-based mouse model.
