Abstract
The vehicle industry has been required for the areas fossil fuel depletion, safety regulations, environmental regulations and a driver convenience intensify the body weight. The vehicle industries were including appropriately spot-lighted reinforces with the strength composite materials. About 20~50% of typical carbon fiber reinforced plastic is lighter than metals. On this account tend to have increasing use ratio in the vehicle industry. However CFRP is depending on lamina/laminate thickness, the stacking method and the mechanical properties in order to obtain the correct properties is essential experiment. In this study, it is predicted to change in the stacking the same surface and the method in the number of layers and these are property grasp to based on them according to the number of layers increases and thickness. And CFRP specimens are subjected to a tensile test by UTM to estimate its mechanical properties in terms of the stacking thickness. the test specimen by stacking method result are shown to be grater the strength and stiffness is lowered 10~50% and then ±45° than 0° and 90° confirmed that the higher the content of the high strength and stiffness
