- The basal cell nevus syndrome is an autosomal dominant disorder, characterized by basal cell carcinomas, odontogenic keratocysts, palmar and plantar pits and ectopic calcification. We experienced a case of 14-year-old girl with three odontogenic keratocysts, bifid rib, and ectopic calcification of falx cerebri. Odontogenic keratocyst recurred two times at about 1 year and 5 months, and about 3 years 1 month after cysts removal. And 4 years and 7 months after first operation, newly forming cyst was developed.
