학습자 중심 수학 수업에 적합한 용어들에 대한 재음미

Abstract

효과적인 수학 수업을 실천에 옮기기 위해서, 교사들은 국가 교육과정의 철학인 구성주의를 깊이 이해해야지만 한다. 특히, 이 철학이 교사중심 수업에서 학습자 중심 수업으로의 패러다임적 전환을 요구하는 철학이라면, Khun이 말했듯이, 우리는 새로운 패러다임인 구성주의에 적합한 전문용어들의 의미를 재음미해 볼 필요가 있다. 왜냐하면 새로운 패러다임의 아이디어들을 실천하는 수업이 구 패러다임에 적합한 수업을 실천에 옮기는데 활용되던 아이디어들을 여전히 방영하고 있다면 그 수업의 결과는 좋다고 할 수 없기 때문이다. 그런 이유로, 본 논문은 학습자 중심 수업을 실천에 옮기는데 적합한 몇가지 중요한 전문 용어들을 재음미한다.

Implementing effective mathematics instruction, teachers should deeply understand the philosophy of the National Curriculum, which is constructivism. Particularly, if the philosophy requires to implement instructions which paradigmatic shifts are become from teacher-centered instruction to learner-center instruction, as Khun said, we need to reexamine the meaning of terminologies for the new paradigm, because if the implemented instruction with ideas of the new paradigm still reflect the ideas used to implement the instruction for old paradigm, the result of the instruction might not be said to be good. So the paper reexamines some important terminologies for implementing learner-centered instruction.
