- Abstract
- The crystal structure of the saliciline derivatives 4-chloro-2{[(2-hydroxy-5-methylphenyl)amino]methyl}5-methylphenol ($C_{15}H_{15}ClNO_2$ 수식 이미지) has been determined from single crystal X-ray diffraction data. In the title compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with unit cell dimension $a=11.5241(2){\AA}$ 수식 이미지, $b=8.733(2){\AA}$ 수식 이미지 and $c=13.649(2){\AA}$ 수식 이미지 [${\alpha}=90^{\circ}$ 수식 이미지, ${\beta}=130.876(2)^{\circ}$ 수식 이미지 and ${\gamma}=90^{\circ}$ 수식 이미지]. the title compound are essentially planar conformation. The compound lies across a crystallographic inversion centre and adopts E configurations with respect to the C-N bonds. The crystal packing of the molecules of compound is stabilized through weak O-H...O inter molecular interactions.
