메모리얼공간 다크투어리즘(Dark Tourism)체험의 현상학적 평가모형 개발

Abstract

The organic relationship between the memorial space and the society has been well reflected in the formation and development of commemoration. The memorial space and the history and culture of the region are combined and are set up for the economy and spiritual feelings of the region based on special memories, characteristic tourism experiences and daily life needs. In the new era, the memorial space is an important urban space dominated by spiritual symbols. It is developing towards spiritual healing and attaching importance to individual experience, connecting with the daily life of urban residents, and becoming the driving subject of black tourism. Under this context, we need to have new thinking for traditional memorial spaces, and in order to enhance the experience, it is necessary to pay attention to perception, behavior, environment and other elements, therefore, it will become an important consideration. Currently, the memorial space should pay more attention to the role of the Dark Tourism experience, while meeting the basic commemorative activities, as the visitors’ behavioral and emotional needs should also be considered. With the expansion of the demand for Dark Tourism experience, 3D projection, VR technology, interactive media and other cutting-edge information technology is rapidly evolving into a variety of functions and functions of the facilities, but the design trend of the main body of the body practice is still the main content of the study of the memorial space, and actively explore the organic linkage between real space and virtual memorial, and strive to achieve the cultural value and social function of the human memorial space in coexistence and complementarity is a content that we cannot ignore. In order to solve the problems of place and environment, body and space, technology and experience, this study applies the phenomenological spatial cognition method to the memorial space, and pays attention to the cognitive elements of phenomenology as a whole to study, providing multi-dimensional experience for visitors of dark travel, so that the memorial space reflects new values and meanings in the new era. The resulting phenomenological spatial perspective provides an evaluation model for the commemorative space centered on the whole, perception and behavior of the experiencer. Based on the spatial perspective of phenomenological theory and practice, this study extracts 24 spatial elements of phenomenology and divides them into 6 categories. According to the classification, it developed the first preliminary project evaluation table, and obtained the final spatial evaluation project through the importance analysis of the problem and the expert FGI in-depth interview. Then it conducted the spatial evaluation indicators obtained from the first screening, conducted the second expert AHP questionnaire and developed the weighted value synthesis table and project evaluation function of each project. In this study, it validated the evaluation model, and selected the sample of the evaluation index from the newly built memorial space after 2010, and finally gave priority evaluation to 6 managers. The results of the evaluations and analyses we obtained through the questionnaire are likely to vary according to the subjective views of the evaluators and the different departments to which they belong. From the spatial evaluation result table, we can see the difference in the scores of different evaluators for the spatial evaluation. From the sociological characteristics of the population with different propensity to score high and low, we can find similar distributions of scores by years of work or work sector. The spatial evaluation model developed uses a significance analysis to derive the highest priority according to the evaluation items, and this detailed spatial evaluation model can be clearly evaluated according to the significance. The spatial evaluation model is an objective evaluation with the function of evaluation and professionalism, which is very beneficial to verify the appropriateness of spatial evaluation. It is hoped that when designing and renovating the memorial space in the future, the space evaluation model can be considered in the planning stage to improve the space experience.|메모리얼공간과 사회의 유기적 관계는 기념의 형성과 발전에서 잘 드러난다. 메모리얼공간과 지역 역사문화가 어우러져 지역의 경제적·정신적 정서를 위해 특별한 기억과 특색 있는 관광체험, 일상생활의 욕구를 반영하여 만들어졌다. 새로운 시대에 메모리얼공간은 정신적 상징이 주를 이루는 도시의 중요한 공간이다. 정신 치유와 개인 체험을 중시하는 방향으로 나아가고 있으며, 도시민의 일상생활과 연계하여 다크투어리즘의 주체가 되고 있다. 이 배경에는 전통 메모리얼공간에 대한 새로운 고민이 필요하고, 체험을 강화하기 위해서는 감각, 행위, 환경 등 다양한 요소에 대한 관심이 필요하다는 점에서 중요한 고려사항이 될 것으로 보인다. 지금의 메모리얼공간은 다크투어리즘 체험의 역할에 더 주목해야 한다. 기본적인 기념행사와 함께 관람객의 체험 욕구가 다양해지면서 관람객의 행동과 정서적 욕구도 고려해야 한다. 다크투어리즘 체험 수요가 확대되면서 3D 프로젝션, VR 기술, 인터랙티브 미디어 등 첨단 기술이 다양한 기능과 역할을 하는 시설로 빠르게 발전하고 있다. 그러나 신체 행동이 주체가 되는 디자인 트렌드는 여전히 메모리얼공간 연구의 주요 내용이 되며, 현실 공간과 가상기념의 유기적 연동을 적극적으로 모색하고, 공존과 상호보완 속에서 인류 메모리얼공간의 문화적 가치와 사회적 기능을 실현하려는 노력은 우리가 간과해서는 안 될 내용이다. 본 연구는 장소와 환경, 신체와 공간, 기술과 체험의 문제를 해결하기 위해 현상학적 공간인지 방법을 메모리얼공간에 적용했다. 또한 현상학적 인지요소들을 하나로 연구하여 다크투어리즘 관람객들에게 다차원적인 체험을 제공하고, 메모리얼공간이 새로운 시대에 새로운 가치와 의미를 부여하도록 했다. 이를 통해 현상학적 공간적 관점을 도입하여 체험자를 중심으로 전체를 바라보고, 감지하고, 행동하는 메모리얼공간에 대한 평가모형을 제공한다. 본 연구는 현상학적 이론과 공간적 관점을 바탕으로 24개의 현상학적 공간 요소를 추출하고 이를 6가지로 분류했다. 분류에 따른 1차 예비항목 평가표를 작성하고 문제 중요도 분석과 전문가 FGI 심층면접을 통해 최종 공간평가 항목을 도출했다. 그리고 1차에 선별한 공간 평가지표를 2차 전문가 AHP 설문조사 진행을 통해 항목별 가중치 종합표와 항목 평가함수를 개발했다. 본 연구에서 평가모형을 검증한 표본은 2010년 이후 신축된 메모리얼공간 중 6명의 관리자가 우선 평가를 받았다. 설문조사를 통한 평가와 분석 결과는 평가자의 주관적 관점과 소속 부서에 따라 달라질 가능성이 높다. 따라서 공간평가 결과를 보면 공간평가에 대한 평가자별 점수 차이를 알 수 있으며, 점수의 차등에 따른 다른 성향의 인구사회학적 특징을 통한 근무연한이나 근무부서 등에 따른 비슷한 점수 분포를 발견할 수 있다. 개발된 공간평가모형은 중요도 분석을 통해 평가항목에 따라 최우선 순위를 도출하며, 이러한 세부 공간평가모형은 중요도에 따라 명확하게 평가할 수 있다. 공간평가모형은 평가 기능과 전문성을 갖춘 객관적 평가로 공간평가의 타당성을 검증하는 데 유리하다. 향후 메모리얼공간을 설계나 개조할 때 계획 단계에서 공간체험을 높일 수 있도록 공간평가모형을 활용하는 방안을 고려했으면 한다.
