핸드볼 선수의 심리적 프로세스와 팀워크 요인이 팀 응집력에 미치는 영향

Abstract

In prior study, the studies in which psychological processes and teamwork factors affect team cohesiveness were mostly limited. Therefore, considering the ambiguity and measurement limitations of the concept of cohesion, it is deemed necessary to study the psychological processes and the teamwork which are related directly team's performance. This study sought to establish how the psychological process and teamwork factors of handball players affect team cohesiveness. To achieve this study's purpose, 270 high school, university, and business team players registered as handball players were selected for the research. And they were players who were registered on Korean Sport & Olympic Committee . The study used questionnaires and conducted data collection and analysis to derive the following conclusions. First, the analysis of the impact of psychological process on team cohesiveness, it was shown that the factors of personal society, group society, which are sub-factors of team cohesion, significantly affected motivation, beliefs and attitudes. And personal society, group society factors significantly affected the whole factors of motivation, beliefs and attitudes. Second, the analysis of the impact of teamwork on team cohesiveness, it was shown that the factors of personal society, group society, which are sub-factors of team cohesion, significantly affected mutual cooperation, outcome-oriented thing and sharing goals. And personal society, group society factors significantly affected the factors of mutual cooperation and sharing goals.
