Methods: The subjects of this study were 100 HIV-infected people, and over the past year, influenza vaccination status, general characteristics, health-related characteristics, lifestyle habits, vaccination awareness, social support, flu vaccination knowledge, and HIV infection treatment characteristics were investigated. Chi-square test, t-test, and multiple logistic regression analysis were used to identify related factors. Results: As a result of the study, the influenza vaccination rate in HIV-infected individuals was 68%, and on simple analysis, age, religion, duration of treatment, and perception of flu vaccination were statistically significant with influenza vaccination. Multiple logistic regression analysis revealed that there were characteristics related to influenza vaccination. The odds ratio(OR) of age (95% confidence interval) was 0.942 (0.894-0.992), if there is a religion, the OR (95% confidence interval) was 3.254 (1.029-10.295), and as the duration of treatment was prolonged, the OR (95% confidence interval) was 1.128 (1.022-1.244), and perception of flu vaccination and social support were not significantly related. Conclusion: In conclusion, in order to improve the influenza vaccination of HIV-infected people, it is thought that education and recommendations based on treatment period should be made in consideration of the characteristics of infected people.
