특성화고 학생들의 현장실습 산업재해에 관한 인지적 위험 인식 유형이 예방행동 의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

Abstract

특성화고 학생들의 현장실습 산업재해에 관한 인지적 위험 인식 유형이 예방행동의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 본 연구는 특성화고 재학생을 대상으로 산업재해에 관한 인지적 위험 인식 유형 이 산업재해 예방행동의도에 미치는 영향과 이들의 관계에서 산업재해 예방정책에 관한 정부신뢰의 조절효과를 검증하여 특성화고 산업재해 예방을 위한 이론적·실천 적 시사점을 제시함에 목적이 있다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위해 변수들 간의 이론적·관계적 고찰을 통해 연구가설을 도출하였고, 도출한 연구가설을 검증하기 위한 설문지를 제작하였다. 제작된 설문지는 전국의 특성화고등학교 재학생 215명 에게 배포하였다. 수집된 자료를 Baron & Kenny(1996)가 제안한 위계적 회귀분석 을 통해 검증하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 산업재해 자기위험인식은 산업재해 예방행동 의도에 통계적으로 매우 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 산업재해 타인위험인식은 산업재해 예방행동의도에 통계적으로 매우 유의미한 정 (+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 산업재해 자기위험인식이 산업재해 예 방행동의도에 영향을 미침에 있어 산업재해 예방정책에 관한 정부신뢰의 음(-)의 조절효화가 검증되었다. 넷째, 산업재해 타인위험인식이 산업재해 예방행동의도에 영향을 미침에 있어 산업재해 예방정책에 관한 정부신뢰의 조절효과는 기각되었다. 본 연구를 통해 특성화고 학생들의 산업재해 예방행동을 불러일으키기 위한 이론 적·실천적 시사점을 제안했음에 의의가 있다. 주제어 : 특성화고, 현장실습, 산업재해, 인지적 위험 인식, 예방행동의도, 산업재해 예방정책에 관한 정부신뢰|This study aims to present theoretical and practical implications for the prevention of industrial accidents by verifying the effect of cognitive risk perception types on industrial accident prevention behavioral intentions and the moderating effect of government trust in industrial accident prevention policies in their relationship. To achieve this purpose, a research hypothesis was derived through theoretical and relational considerations between variables, and a questionnaire was created to verify the derived research hypothesis. The produced questionnaire was distributed to 215 students from specialized high schools nationwide. The collected data were verified through the hierarchical regression analysis proposed by Baron & Kenny (1996). As a result of the analysis, first, it was found that the perception of self-risk of industrial accidents had a statistically very significant positive (+) effect on the intention of industrial accident prevention behavior. Second, it was found that the perception of the risk of others in industrial accidents had a statistically very significant positive (+) effect on the intention of industrial accident prevention behavior. Third, the negative (-) moderating effect of government trust in industrial accident prevention policies was verified in that industrial accident self-risk perception affects industrial accident prevention behavioral intentions. Fourth, the moderating effect of government trust in industrial accident prevention policies was rejected in that recognition of the risk of others in industrial accidents affects the intention of industrial accident prevention behavior. It is meaningful that this study proposed theoretical and practical implications to induce ㅑindustrial accident prevention behavior of specialized high school students.
