- Behavioral Analysis Of Running Crew Participants Of The MZ Generation Lee, Ryong - Jae Advisor: Kim, Min-Chel Major in Physical Edication Graduate School of Education, Chosun University The purpose of this study is to determine why the MZ generation's running cre w participants, which are emerging as a trend in the rapidly changing modern s ociety, participate in the activity and how this motivation influences their activit ies. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, the survey used a self-assess ment method based on convenience sampling, in which the surveyor directly fill ed out the questions. The MZ generation was surveyed for 7 months from Apri l 1, 2023 to October 31, 2023 in Gwangju Metropolitan City in Jeolla Province a nd Jeonju City, Seoul, and the metropolitan area in Jeollabuk-do. Through this, a total of 300 copies were secured, and 283 copies were utilized, excluding 17 c opies that were missing some items. The results of this study are based on IB M SPSS Ver. The 27.0 statistical package and AMOS 27.0 program were used according to the research purpose, and the research results were conducted thro ugh exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and correlation analysis to verify the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, and the learning crew participants' Results were derived through structural equ ation model analysis for behavioral analysis such as participation motivation, par ticipation satisfaction, participation immersion, and participation continuation. The results of this study are as follows: First, among the participation moti vations of running crew participants, the health and physical fitness, stress relie f, and sense of belonging factors were found to have a positive (+) impact on p articipation satisfaction and were accepted, while the leisure motivation factors were found to be insignificant and were therefore rejected. It has been done. Se cond, the participation satisfaction of learning crew participants was found to ha ve a positive (+) effect on continuation of participation and participation immersi on. Third, the participation immersion of learning crew participants was found t o have a positive influence on continuation of participation. In conclusion, this study provides important insights into understanding the lifestyle and desires of the younger generation in modern society through an in -depth analysis of the MZ generation's motivation to participate in the learning crew and the resulting participation satisfaction, immersion, and persistence. The results of the study revealed that the MZ generation experiences various benefit s such as improved health and physical strength, stress relief, leisure activities, and a sense of belonging by participating in the running crew, and that these f actors are closely related to their satisfaction with participation. In addition, the higher the satisfaction with participation, the more immersion and persistence in learning crew activities, suggesting that these activities are positively influencin g the lives of the MZ generation. However, this study has several limitations. This study may be pointed out as a limitation in that it is limited to a specific region and age group, which limits generalization, and that external factors that affect learning crew participation were not sufficiently considered. In follow-up research, there is a need to supplement the limitations presented and to more co mprehensively understand the social and cultural impact of learning crew activiti es for participants from diverse regions and backgrounds.
