- Abstract
- With the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of the people's level, China's consumer market has become the central export market of Korea's consumer goods industry. Cosmetics is one of the consumer goods that women consumers are most concerned about. Among the consumer goods exported from Korea to China, cosmetics is the most preferred consumer goods for Chinese women. Korean cosmetics have grown explosively in the Chinese market due to the influence of the Korean Wave in the export of popular consumer goods, becoming a representative product among Korean consumer goods. Since the establishment of the WTO, the Korean consumer market has been fully opened to the import distribution market, and since the 2000s, Korean popular culture has received a lot of attention from Asian countries. Pearson correlation coefficient was used to test the correlation between variables. The calculated values of product characteristics, price and value, brand image and reputation, purchasing experience, after-sales service and customer service, marketing activity, product satisfaction, recommendation intention, etc.
