무용학원 지도자의 직무 외 활동이 서비스 및 고객지향, 학원이미지에 미치는 영향

Abstract

본 연구에서는 무용학원 지도자를 대상으로 이들 본연의 직무인 수업지도 및 회원관리, 프로그램 개발 및 보급 등을 제외한 자발적인 직무 외 활동이 회원들로 하여금 서비스지향과 고객지향, 더 나아가 학원이미지 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하고자 한다. 이에 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 인구통계학적특성에 따른 차이를 살펴보면, 무용 지도자들은 성별, 거주지역, 전공 등에 있어서 직무외활동은 물론 서비스 및 고객지향, 학원이미지에 큰 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 연령이 높은 지도자, 고학력 지도자, 근무경력이 많은 지도자, 정규직 지도자, 급여가 많은 지도자 일수록 직무외활동, 서비스 및 고객지향, 학원이미지에 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 직무외활동과 서비스지향성의 관계에서 무용 지도자들은 직무외활동의 신사적행동, 참여자발적행동에서 서비스리더십에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 다음으로는 지도자들은 직무외활동의 신사적행동, 배려, 참여자발적행동에서 서비스접점에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 마지막으로 지도자들은 직무외활동의 신사적행동, 배려, 참여자발적행동에서 서비스시스템에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 직무외활동과 고객지향성의 관계에서 무용 지도자들은 직무외활동의 신사적행동, 배려, 참여자발적행동에서 서비스태도 및 행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 직무외활동과 학원이미지의 관계에서 무용 지도자들은 직무외활동의 배려, 참여자발적행동에서 학원이미지 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. | On the target at dance institute leaders, this paper intends to analyze what influence on members' service orientation, customer orientation, and academic institute image the activities except voluntary activities excluding instructional guidance member management , program development and distribution as their intrinsic duties dance leaders cause. So, this paper attained the conclusions as follows. First, as for the difference in demographical traits, dance leaders had not so big difference in services, customer orientation and adademic institute images in addition to the activities except duties by sex, residence and major. But, old leaders, high education leaders, long experience leaders, regular position leaders, and high wage leaders had a high difference in activities except duties, services and customer orientions, and academic institute images. Second, as for the relationship between the activities except duties and service orientation, dance leaders had an affirmative influence on service leadership in gentlemanly behaviors of the activities except duties and parcitipant voluntary activities Next, leaders had an affirmative influence on service contact in gentlemanly behaviors of the activities except duties and parcitipant voluntary activities. At last, leaders had an affirmative influence on service system in gentlemanly behaviors of the activities except duties and parcitipant voluntary activities. Third, as for the relationship between the activities except duties and customer orientation, dance leaders had an affirmtive influence on service attitude and behavior in gentlemanly behaviors of the activities except duties, consideration, and parcitipant voluntary activities. Fourth, as for the relationship between the activities except duties and institute image, dance leaders had an affirmative influence on academic institute image in consideration of the activities except duties and participant activities.
