지적장애아동의 부-자 치료놀이에서 아버지 상호작용 변화과정에 대한 질적사례연구

Abstract

본 연구는 지적장애아동과 부-자 치료놀이에 참여한 아버지의 상호작용 변화과정과 그 의미에 대해 알아보았다. 부모-자녀 간 애착형성에 있어 효과적이라고 증명된 치료놀이를 지적장애아동과 아버지를 대상으로 실시하여 아버지 상호작용 변화과정과 의미를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 아버지의 양육행동 및 지적장애아동과의 상호작용이 긍정적으로 변화하였고, ‘어색, 막막함: “같이 논다는 게 뭐지..? 놀이는 생소해요”’, ‘딱딱함, 가르치기: ”치료사를 도와 뭐라도 해보자, 놀이보단 교육“’, ‘애씀, 낙담: ”놀이에 아동이 참여하면 신나는데 그렇지 않으면 힘들어요“’, ‘부드러움, 웃기: 화내지 않아도..’, ‘편안한 Touch, 뿌듯함: 아빠만이 줄 수 있는 효과’, ‘Touch-Match: 아동의 감정과 행동을 수용한다는 건..’이라는 6가지의 주제가 도출되었으며, ‘놀이로, 몸으로 관계맺기’, ‘눈으로 몸으로 함께하기’, ‘온 마음으로 함께하며 아빠 되어가기’라는 의미를 발견할 수 있었다. 이를 통해 부-자 치료놀이가 지적장애아동을 양육하는 아버지의 상호작용 변화에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인하였고, 이는 추후 지적장애아동 뿐 아니라 장애아동을 양육하는 부모교육, 특히 아버지 교육에서도 하나의 기초자료가 될 것으로 기대하는 바이다. | This study investigated the process and meaning of the change in the interaction between children with intellectual disabilities and fathers who participated in the father-child treatment play. The process and meaning of the change in father-child interaction were analyzed by conducting treatment games that proved effective in forming attachment between parents and children for children with intellectual disabilities and fathers. As a result of the study, the father's parenting behavior and father-child interaction changed positively. ‘Awkward, hopeless: What does it mean to play together...? Play is unfamiliar’, ‘Trying, discouraged: Let's help healers do something, Education rather than play’, ‘Hard, teaching: Children are excited when they participate in play, but it's hard otherwise’, ‘Soft, funny: even if you don't get angry..’, ‘Comfortable touch, proud: The Effects Only Dad Can Give’ and ‘Touch-match, proficient: Embracing Children's Feelings and Behavior’, Six themes were derived, It was possible to find the meaning of ‘making relationships with play and body’, ‘being together with your eyes with your body’, and ‘being a father with your whole heart’. Through this, it was confirmed that the father-child treatment play has a positive effect on the change in the interaction of fathers raising intellectually disabled children, which is expected to be a basic data in parent education, especially father education, as well as intellectually disabled children.
