아버지의 양육참여도, 유아의 실행기능과 유아의 정서조절능력 간 관계에서 아버지 놀이참여태도의 조절된 매개효과

Abstract

본 연구는 아버지의 양육참여도가 유아의 실행기능을 매개로 하여 정서조절능력에 미치는 간접효과에서 아버지 놀이참여태도에 따른 차이를 살펴봄으로써, 아버지의 양육참여도와 유아의 정서조절능력 간의 관계를 보다 구체적으로 설명하고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 조절된 매개모형을 적용하였고, 이를 통해 유아의 정서조절능력에 영향을 주는 변수들을 통합적으로 살펴봄으로써 보다 깊이 있는 이해를 돕고자 한다. 본 연구는 연구 참여에 동의한 만 3~5세 유아기 자녀를 둔 아버지를 대상으로 진행하였다. 회수된 309개의 설문자료를 SPSS 27.0과 SPSS PROCESS Macro를 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 아버지의 양육참여도와 유아의 실행기능은 유아의 정서조절능력의 수준을 예측하는 유의미한 요인이며, 특히 아버지의 양육참여도는 유아의 실행기능을 부분매개로 하여 유아의 정서조절능력 향상에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 아버지의 양육참여도가 유아의 실행기능을 매개로 정서조절능력에 영향을 미치는 관계에서 아버지의 놀이참여태도의 조절된 매개효과가 유의하게 나타났다. 이를 통해 아버지의 민감하게 인지하고 반응적이고 즐겁게 놀아주는 놀이참여태도가 유아의 실행기능 및 정서조절능력과 관련성이 높은 환경적 요인임을 시사하는 바이다.| This study examined the moderated mediating effect of the father’s parenting participation, the child’s executive function and the father’s play participation on the child’s emotional regulation. To this end, a moderated mediating model was applied, and through this, the variables that affect the child’s emotional regulation are comprehensively examined to help them understand in depth. This study was conducted on fathers with childhood children aged 3-5 who agreed to participate in the study. The 309 collected data were analyzed using SPSS 27.0 and SPSS PROCESS Macro. As a result of the study, the father’s parenting participation and the child’s executive function are significant factors for predicting the child’s emotional regulation, especially the father’s parenting participation affects the child’s emotional regulation by mediating the child’s executive function. In addition, the father’s play participation attitude according to level had a moderated mediating effect. Through this, it suggests that the father’s play participation attitude is an environmental factor that is highly related to the child’s executive function and emotional regulation.
