대학생 3, 4학년의 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족과 진로미결정의 관계에서 자기자비와 부정적 평가에 대한 두려움의 순차적 매개효과

Abstract

본 연구는 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족이 진로미결정에 미치는 영향에 미치는 자기자비와 부정적 평가에 대한 두려움의 순차적 매개효과를 규명하고자 하였다. 이번 조사는 전 지역에 위치한 대학에 재학 중인 3, 4학년 대학생을 대상으로 실시됐다. 설문지에는 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족, 진로미결정, 자기자비, 부정적 평가에 대한 두려움 등이 포함된다. SPSS 27과 AMOS 27을 이용하여 자료분석을 실시하여 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족과 진로미결정의 관계에서 자기자비와 부정적 평가에 대한 두려움의 순차적 매개효과를 검증하였다. 다음은 결과를 요약한 것입니다. 첫째. 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족, 진로미결정, 자기자비, 부정적 평가에 대한 인내력 부족이 서로 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 자기자비는 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족과 진로미결정의 관계를 매개하였다. 셋째, 부정적 평가에 대한 두려움은 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족과 진로미결정의 관계를 매개하였다. 넷째, 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족과 진로미결정의 관계를 자기자비와 부정적 평가에 대한 두려움이 순차적으로 매개하였다. 그 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 시사점과 한계를 논의하였다.|This study attempted to investigate the sequential mediating effect of self-compassion and fear of negative evaluation on the effect of intolerance of uncertainty on career indecision. The survey was conducted on third and fourth-grade college students attending universities located in all regions in South Korea. The questionnaire includes intolerance of uncertainty, career indecision, self-compassion, and fear of negative evaluation. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 27 and AMOS 27 to verify the sequential mediating effect of self-compassion and fear of negative evaluation in the relationship between intolerance of uncertainty and career indecision. The following is a summary of the results. First, Intolerance of uncertainty, career indecision, self-compassion, and fear of negative evaluation showed correlation with each other. Second, self-compassion mediated the relationship between intolerance of uncertainty and career indecision. Third, fear of negative evaluation mediated the relationship between intolerance of uncertainty and career indecision. Fourth, self-compassion and fear of negative evaluation sequentially mediated the relationship between intolerance of uncertainty and career indecision. Based on the results, the implications and limitations of this study were discussed.
