Abstract
In order to wrap the wires, the wires are formed in a coil or a donut shape, and fixed using wrapping vinyl and string. In this paper, the process of the strap packaging is repeated by one cycle with four stages and the lot size of the production is 50 cycles. Traditionally, workers act all the stages manually, resulting in a lack of uniformity of quality and increased worker's fatigue. In this paper, we intended to develop a process that automates the manual stages. and we also developed a process monitoring system in order to monitor the status of production procedures. Through the result of this paper, problems about lack of uniformity of quality and increased worker's fatigue were solved.
