대학 태권도·체육계열 전공 선택 동기, 진로선택, 학과만족도, 진로정체감에 대한 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 대학 태권도·체육계열 전공 선택 동기, 진로선택, 학과만족도, 진로정체감에 대한 연구를 규명하였으며, 이를 통해 대학 태권도·체육계열의 전공 선택 동기, 진로선택, 학과만족도, 진로정체감을 개선 및 향상을 위해 도움이 될 수 있는 기초자료를 제시하는 데에 목적이 있다. 2022년도 광주광역시와 전라남도에 소재하고 있는 전문대학교와 4년제 대학교를 선정한 후 재학 중인 태권도·체육계열 남자와 여자를 모집단으로 선정하였다. 유의표본추출법을 사용하여 2022년 5월1일부터 2022년 5월 20일까지 조사를 실시하였으며, 총 475명을 대상으로 설문지를 배부하였고, 불성실하다고 판단되는 설문지 6부를 제외한 469명의 설문지 내용으로 결정적인 연구 분석에 활용하였다. 연구의 자료처리는 IBM SPSS Statistics 27.0 프로그램을 사용하였다. 통계분석을 위해 사용할 통계기법은 도분석(Frequency Analysis), 탐색적 요인분석(Exploratory Factor Analysis), 신뢰도 분석(Reliability Analysis), 교차분석(x2), 차이분석(독립t-test, One-way ANOVA)을 실시하였고, 분석하여 나온 자료를 통해 태권도·체육계열의 전공 선택 동기, 진로선택, 학과만족도, 진로정체감에 대한 연구의 결과를 다음과 같이 도출하였다.

첫째, 태권도·체육계열의 전공 선택 동기에 있어서 체육계열은 학년에서 전공 선택 동기가 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 체육계열의 진로선택에 대한 전공 선택 관련성 결과 남·여 전 학년 모두 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 체육계열의 진로선택에 대한 부모님의 생각 차이에서 성별에는 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았지만, 학년에서는 유의한 차이가 있음을 알 수 있다. 태권도계열과 체육계열의 진로선택의 영향 차이에는 학년에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 체육계열의 장래직업 선택의 중요기준에는 성별에서 남·여 모두 급여가 높게 나와서 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 학년에서는 급여, 능력, 적성이 높게 나와서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, 태권도·체육계열 학과만족도 차이 분석 결과 태권도계열과 체육계열에서는 모두 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다.넷째, 태권도·체육계열 진로정체감 차이 분석 결과 태권도계열과 체육계열에서는 모두 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. | This study identified research on the motivation for selecting majors in college Taekwondo and Physical Education, career choice, department satisfaction, and career identity. The purpose is to present basic data that can be helpful for improvement. After selecting junior colleges and four-year universities located in Gwangju Metropolitan City and Jeollanam-do in 2022, male and female students from Taekwondo and physical education were selected as the population. Using the significant sampling method, the survey was conducted from May 1, 2022 to May 20, 2022, and the questionnaire was distributed to a total of 475 people. It was used for research analysis. For the data processing of the study, IBM SPSS Statistics 27.0 program was used. Statistical techniques to be used for statistical analysis include frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, crosstabulation (x2), difference analysis (independent t-test, one-way ANOVA) ) was conducted, and the results of the study on motivation for major selection, career choice, department satisfaction, and career identity in Taekwondo and Physical Education were derived as follows.

First, in the motivation for major selection in Taekwondo·Physical Education, there was a significant difference in the motivation for major selection in the physical education department by grade. Second, as a result of the relevance of major choice to career choice in physical education, there was a significant difference in both male and female grades. There was no significant difference in gender in the difference in parents' thoughts about the career choice of physical education, but there was a significant difference in grade. There was a significant difference in the grade level in the difference in the influence of career choice between Taekwondo and Physical Education majors. As for the important criteria for choosing future occupations in the field of physical education, there was a significant difference between males and females by gender, with salaries being high, and salaries, ability, and aptitude being high in grade level, showing significant differences. Third, as a result of analyzing the difference in satisfaction with Taekwondo and physical education, there was no significant difference between Taekwondo and physical education. Fourth, as a result of analyzing the difference in career identity between Taekwondo and physical education, there was no significant difference between Taekwondo and physical education.
