Abstract

코칭머신 사격훈련의 효과성|It is very important to educate and train athletes on a scientific and analytical basis. Shooters can not be exceptional. This thesis examines the coaching machine shooting and actual shooting results of middle and high school shooters. This thesis, thus, intends to suggest methods of education and training by comparing and analyzing variables measured by coaching machine and actual shootings. The variables are shooting scores, trigger time, 10-point probability and high score probability. The results of analyzing the relationship between variables using correlation analysis and t-test are as follows. First, there was no statistically significant correlation between coaching machine shooting and actual shooting scores. Second, a statistically significant correlation between trigger time and score was confirmed. Third, there was a statistically significant difference between middle and high shool shooters in actual shooting scores. Finally, no significant difference was found between middle and high school shooters in the trigger time, score, 10-point probability, and high score probability by coaching machine shooting. These results have important implications for teaching and training middle and high school shooters.
