여중생의 스포츠 클럽 참여에 대한 재미요인이 학교 행복감과 인지된 경기력에 미치는 영향

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 여학생들의 스포츠 동아리 참여 재미요인이 학교행복도와 지각된 성취도에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 이를 통해 본 연구의 궁극적인 목적은 여학생들의 체육활동 참여도를 높이고 체육수업에 대한 긍정적인 효과를 통해 여학생들의 체육에 대한 자신감을 함양함으로써 여학생들의 신체적, 사회적 성장에 구체적인 시사점을 제공하는 것이다. 본 연구의 요약 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구대상자의 기본특성에 따라 학교행복도와 지각된 성취도에 부분적인 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 저학년 학생, 어려운 가정환경 학생, 저학력 학생은 학교행복감이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 여중생의 학교체육회 참여의 재미요소 중 일상탈출요인은 여중생의 지각된 수행능력을 향상시켰고, 체력과 건강에 대한 인식은 경기에 대한 자신감에 기여하였으며, 승리에 기여하였다. 그리고 경쟁요인은 학교행복도를 향상시켰다. 셋째, 여중생의 학교체육회 참여의 재미요소 중 승리와 경쟁요인은 학교행복도 향상에 영향을 미치지만 과도할 경우 체육활동의 기술적 조작능력을 저하시키는 기제로 작용하였다. 본 연구의 결과 학교체육회 운영에 있어 상대적으로 저학년 학생, 가정환경이 열악한 학생, 저학력 학생을 대상으로 신생체육동아리의 재미요소를 발견하였다. 이는 특히 체육교사가 체육수업을 실시할 뿐만 아니라 예비면접을 통해 학생 개개인의 고민과 학업적 문제를 파악하고 개별적으로 학생 개개인이 원하는 스포츠 동아리 교습활동이 가능합니다.| The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the fun factors of female students' participation in sports clubs on their school happiness and perceived performance. Through this, the ultimate goal of this study is to increase female students' participation in sports activities and to provide specific implications for girls' physical and social growth through the positive effects of physical education classes by increasing their confidence in physical education. The summary results of this study are as follows. First, it was found that there was a partial difference in school happiness and perceived performance according to the basic characteristics of the study subjects. In particular, it was found that students in lower grades, students with difficult family circumstances, and students with low school grades had a low sense of school happiness. Second, among the fun factors of female middle school students' participation in school sports clubs, the daily escape factor improved the female middle school students' perceived performance, the recognition of physical strength and health contributed to the confidence of the game, and the victory and competition factors improved school happiness. Third, among the fun factors of female middle school students' participation in school sports clubs, victory and competition factors have an effect on improving school happiness, but if excessive, they acted as a mechanism to reduce technical operation ability in sports activities. Through the results of this study, the fun factors of a new sports club were discovered for students in relatively low grades, students with poor family circumstances, and students with low school grades in operating a school sports club. This suggests that it is necessary to prepare a means to bring about In particular, it is suggested that the physical education teacher not only carry out physical education classes, but identify each student's concerns and academic problems through a preliminary interview, and then suggest that individual sports club teaching activities that each student desires can be accomplished.
