1인 생활 주거공간을 위한 가변형 시스템 구성에 관한 연구

Abstract

현대사회는 가족 가치관의 변화로 가족의 모습의 확대가족에서 핵가족으로 변하고 있다, 1인 가구의 수는 꾸준하게 증가하고 있고 앞으로도 계속 증가할 전망이다. 최근 1인 가족의 비율이 급증하여 세 집 중 한 집이 1인 가구인 시대가 되었다. 1인 가구의 비율이 증가함에 따라 1인 가구의 주거 환경 개선에 대한 요구도 높아지고 있다. 최근 주거의 양적 공급에 집중된 개발로 사람들의 다양한 생활방식을 유연하게 반영하지 못하였으며, 1인 가구의 전체적인 생활의 만족도가 낮아지는 부정적인 결과를 초래하였다. 또한 기존의 4인 가구를 기준으로 설계된 획일화된 공간계획은 1인 가구가 급증한 현시점에서 오히려 고통과 불편의 요소가 되고 있다. 이는 현시대를 사는 우리가 직면해야 하는 사회적 문제이고, 새로운 변화에 발 빠르게 대처할 필요가 있다. 그러므로 급격하게 증가하고 있는 1인 가구를 위한 공간계획을 위해 소형 주택에 적용 가능한 가변형 시스템에 대해 알아보고, 적용 가능한 가변형 시스템의 요소들을 파악하고자 한다. 첫째, 통계자료에서 나타나는 1인 가구의 현황을 바탕으로 소형 주거의 특성 및 주거 유형의 모습을 살펴보고, 가변형 시스템의 적용 요소를 도출하여 실제 적용된 사례를 분석하여 앞으로 건설될 1인 가구의 주거 만족도를 높일 수 있는 실내 계획의 방향을 설정하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 둘째, 기존 사례 연구를 통해 가변형 벽체를 이용하는 방법으로는 이동식 벽체를 통한 가변, 접이식 벽체를 통한 가변, 회전식 벽체를 통한 가변으로 분류를 하였으며, 가변형 가구를 이용하는 방법으로는 조합에 의한 가변, 이동에 의한 가변, 구조/기능에 의한 가변으로 각각 나누어 아홉 가지의 사례를 통해 실제로 사용된 내용과 적용 여부에 대해서 서술하였으며, 사례를 통해 사용된 가변 요소들의 사용 빈도에 대해 분석하였다. 본 연구는 혼자 생활하는 1인 가구가 늘어나고 있고 소형주택의 수요도 늘어나고 있는 상황에 맞춰 획일적인 실내 공간 구조 계획으로 거주자가 좁은 공간을 효율적으로 사용하기 어려운 상황을 해결하기 위해 다양하게 공간 활용이 가능한 가변형 시스템의 구성 요소를 연구하는데 의의가 있다. 이 연구를 통해 가변형 시스템이 실내 공간 계획 시 실제 사용된 사례를 소개하고, 참고할 수 있는 자료를 제공하는데 의의를 가진다. 앞으로 혼자 사는 사람들이 가변형 시스템 요소를 본인의 생활에 맞도록 활용하여, 좁은 공간을 효율적으로 사용하여 더 나은 주거환경을 만드는 데 도움이 되었으면 한다. |Due to changes in family values ​​in modern society, the appearance of the family is changing from an extended family to a nuclear family. The number of single families is steadily increasing and is expected to continue to increase in the future. In recent years, the proportion of single families has rapidly increased, leading to an era in which one in three households is a single family. As the ratio of single families increases, the demand for improvement of the living environment of single families is also increasing. Recent developments focused on the quantitative supply of housing did not flexibly reflect people's various life-styles, resulting in a negative result of lowering the overall life satisfaction of single families. In addition, the standardized spatial plan designed based on the existing family of four is becoming a factor of pain and discomfort at the present time when the number of single families has increased rapidly. This is a social problem we face in the present age, and it is necessary to quickly respond to new changes. Therefore, it is intended to investigate the variable system applicable to small houses for spatial planning of single families, which is rapidly increasing, and to understand the elements of the system. First, based on the current status of single families shown in the statistical data, the characteristics of small dwellings and housing types are examined, and the application factors of the variable system are derived and applied cases are analyzed to increase the housing satisfaction of single families to be built in the future. We intend to provide basic data for setting the direction of possible indoor planning. Second, through the existing case study, the method of using the deformable wall was classified into variable through movable wall, variable through folding wall, and variable through rotating wall. As a method of using variable furniture, it was divided into variable by combination, variable by movement, and variable by change, and the contents actually used and whether they were applied were described through 9 cases. Also, the frequency of use of the variable elements used through the case was analyzed. This study considered the situation in which the number of single households is increasing and the demand for small houses is also increasing. In order to solve the situation in which it is difficult for residents to efficiently use a narrow space due to the existing uniform interior space structure plan, the elements of a variable system that can utilize various spaces were studied. Through this study, it is meaningful to introduce examples of how the variable system was actually used when planning an indoor space and to provide reference materials. In the future, we hope that single families use the variable system elements to their living space appropriately to create a better living environment by efficiently organizing the space.
