Abstract
The purpose of this study is to verify the positive effect of rhythmic gymnastics exercise programs on the health and psychological factors of adult women in office workers. The subjects of the study were 30 office workers living in G-metropolitan City, 15 in the exercise group and 15 in the control group. As for the data analysis method, repeated measurement two-way ANOVA was performed, and the SPSS Ver. 23.0 statistical package program was used for data processing, and the statistical significance α level was set to 0.05. The following results were obtained through this study.
First, the rhythmic gymnastics exercise program improves the skeletal muscle mass of adult women in office workers and reduces body fat percentage, affecting positive changes in body composition.
Second, the rhythmic gymnastics exercise program affects the improvement of health and physical strength by improving the muscle endurance and flexibility of adult women in office workers.
Third, the rhythmic gymnastics exercise program has an effect on positively changing the physical self-perception of adult women in office workers.
Fourth, the rhythmic gymnastics exercise program has an effect on positively changing the self-esteem of adult women in office workers.
Fifth, the rhythmic gymnastics exercise program has an effect on positively changing the satisfaction of life in the social and emotional aspects of adult women in office workers.
If you put the results together, It can be interpreted that the rhythmic gymnastics exercise program is effective in the health and psychological factors of adult women in office workers.
Based on this study, rhythmic gymnastics exercise will serve as an opportunity to become and develop a leisure activity that is effective in improving the physical and mental health of adult women in office workers.
Furthermore, we look forward to understanding rhythmic gymnastics and establishing itself as a new hobby exercise as daily sports.
