Abstract
PDT는 다양한 암에 대한 비침습적 치료법이다. 광과민제(PS)의 광 활성화를 포함하는 광선 요법의 한 형태로 세포 사멸을 유발하는 활성 산소종(ROS)을 생성한다. 새로운 4,4-difluoro-4 bora-3a,4a-diazas-indacene (BODIPY) 유도체는 PDT(photodynamic therapy) 약제로 사용하기 위한 일중항-산소 PS로 설계되었으며 그 광물리적 특성이 특성화되었다. 그래서 우리는 BODIPY를 PS로 합성하고 3차 아민을 BODIPY의 다른 부위에 도입하였다. 대부분의 BODIPY는 소수성이므로 수용성으로 합성된다. 3차 아민의 각각의 문자는 접합 위치에서 상이하였다. BODIPY의 2,6-위치에 결합된 3차 아민은 PDT 향상에 영향을 미치고 BODIPY의 distryl 위치에 결합된 또 다른 3차 아민은 적색 영역에서 발광하는 염료에 적용되었다. 그 결과 합성한 BODIPY는 물에 대한 용해도가 높고 PS로서 PDT 효율이 우수하였다.|PDT is a non-invasive treatment for various cancers. It is a form of phototherapy that involves light activation of the photosensitizer (PS) to generate reactive oxygen species (ROS) that lead to cell death. The new 4,4-difluoro-4 bora-3a,4a-diazas-indacene (BODIPY) derivatives were designed as a singlet-oxygen PS for use as a photodynamic therapy (PDT) agent, and its photophysical properties were characterized. So we synthesized BODIPYs as PS and tertiary amines were introduced into different sites of BODIPY. The synthesized as a water-soluble because most BODIPYs are hydrophobic. Each of characters of tertiary amines were different in the conjugation position. The tertiary amines conjugated at 2,6-position of BODIPY affected PDT enhancement and another tertiary amines conjugated at distryl position of BODIPY were applied to dyes which emitting in the red region. As a result, the BODIPYs we synthesized had a great water solubility and showed great PDT efficiency as a PS.
