대학생의 대인간 외상경험과 가해염려 사회불안과의 관계에서 거부 민감성과 분노억제의 순차적 매개효과

Abstract

본 연구에서는 대학생의 대인간 외상경험이 자신의 특성으로 인해 상대방을 불편하게 하거나 불쾌감을 줄까봐 심한 두려움을 보이는 가해염려 사회불안에 직간접적으로 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하고 이들 간의 관계를 거부 민감성과 분노억제가 순차적으로 매개하는지 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 대학생 413명을 대상으로 자기보고식 설문지를 실시하였으나 그 중 대인간 외상으로 고통스러움이 남아있는 221명을 대상으로 선정하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대인간 외상경험, 거부 민감성, 분노억제, 가해염려 사회불안 등 주요 변인 간의 관계가 유의한 정적 상관을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대인간 외상경험이 거부 민감성을 통해 가해염려 사회불안으로 가는 경로는 유의하였다. 셋째, 대인간 외상경험이 분노억제를 통해 가해염려 사회불안으로 가는 경로는 유의하지 않았다. 넷째, 대학생의 대인간 외상경험이 가해염려 사회불안으로 가는 경로에 거부 민감성과 분노억제가 순차적으로 매개하는 것이 검증되었다. 즉, 대학생의 대인간 외상경험의 고통수준이 높을수록 거부 민감성도 커지고, 거부 민감성이 커질수록 분노억제가 높아져 이런 양상이 가해염려 사회불안에 영향을 미친다는 것을 추론할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 개인 내적인 특성들이 가해염려 사회불안에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 확인할 뿐만 아니라 이를 토대로 상담 현장에 있어서 가해염려 사회불안에 대한 적합한 상담 방법과 치료적 방법을 고안해낼 수 있을 것이라 예측된다.|The purpose of this research was to identify the sequential mediating effects of rejection sensitivity and anger suppression in the relationship between Interpersonal trauma experience and Taijin-Kyofu-Sho in college students. Recently, college students face numerous people such as employment, career, and interpersonal relationships, and as such, they steadily get traumatic experiences from people. This will hinder the healthy development of college students and cause maladjustment in interpersonal relationships, making it difficult to form intimate relationships and adapt to social life. To prevent this, this study aims to find out whether rejection sensitivity and anger suppression sequentially mediate the relationship between college students' interpersonal trauma experiences and TKS, which is recently becoming globalized. To this end, Interpersonal truma experience, TKS, rejection sensitivity and anger suppression were measured through a survey of 413 college students, and 221 student who have experienced human trauma were selcted and used for analysis. As a result, Between Interpersonal trauma experience and TKS, the sequential mediating effect between rejection sensitivity and anger suppression was significant. This means that the greater the Interpersonal trauma experience, the greater the rejection sensitivity, and the greater the rejection sensitivity, the higher the likelihood of suppressing anger, which affects TKS. These results predict that it will not only help them perform their developmental tasks well in the scene of consulting college students with TKS, but also help them understand TKS, which is not well known. In addition, it is predicted that rejection sensitivity can help in dealing with it in the counseling scene based on the fact that it can affect anger suppression.
