수학 수업에서의 나눔 사례를 통한 수업 성찰문 개발 연구

Abstract

교사의 수업 전문성은 수업의 질을 결정하므로 중요하다. 이러한 수업 전문성 신장을 위해서는 수업에 대한 성찰과 나눔이 효과적이다. 이를 위해 선행연구(황혜정, 2012)의 수업 평가 기준을 토대로 수업에 대한 성찰과 고민을 심도있게 나눌 수 있도록 일정한 기준과 초점을 제시할 수 있는 수업 성찰 요소를 마련하고 수업 성찰문 초안을 개발하였다. 좀 더 실효성있는 수업 성찰 요소를 마련하고자 공동연구자가 재직 중인 C고등학교의 3학년 27명을 대상으로 진행된 수업에서 동일 고등학교에 재직 중인 동료 교사 4명은 수업 성찰문 초안에 기초하여 수업에 대한 개인 의견을 작성하였다. 이를 토대로 수업 나눔을 실시하고 해당 수업 나눔 사례를 분석하여 수업 성찰문 수정안을 개발하였다. 본 연구의 수업 성찰문이 교사의 수업 전문성 신장 및 수업 개선, 더 나아가 학교 문화 혁신에 기여할 수 있기를 기대한다.|It would be reasonable as a teacher to make efforts not only to reflect on the class on their own, but also to improve the teacher's teaching expertise by reflecting on the class with fellow teachers through class sharing. Therefore, In this paper attempted to develop a class critiques that can present standards and focus for class reflection and class sharing. First, based on the class evaluation criteria of previous studies (Hwang, 2012), class reflection elements prepared and a draft class critiques was prepared. In a class conducted by this researcher on 27 third graders of C high school, four fellow teachers at the same high school were required to write personal opinions on the class based on the draft class critiques. Based on this, class sharing was conducted, and class critiques(modifications) were developed by analyzing the case of class sharing. The implications of this paper include the need to clarify the perspective of viewing the class by sharing the intention of each question in advance, the need to be limited to specific elements of the class critiques, and class sharing needs to be combined.
