Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to ensure that during the COVID-19 epidemic, hospital nurse's job stress, mental and to investigate physical health problems. Methods: This study is a section description study design.The participants were 297 nurses at the hospital, targeting two hospitals exposed to COVID-19 and two hospitals not exposed. The questionnaire was collected as a GOOGLE questionnaire through the URL. The collected data were performed t-test, χ2 test, Correlation, ANOVA analysis using SPSS WIN 25.0. Results: There were statistically significant differences in job stress, mental health, and physical health in general characteristics, and correlation between them. There were differences in the job stress, mental health and physical health of hospital nurses depending on exposure to COVID-19 patients. Conclusion: In the COVID-19 epidemic situation, strategies for improving nurses' work and preventing and managing health problems should be developed.
