장애학생 관련 학교폭력에 대한 중학교 교사의 경험 분석

Abstract

본 연구는 장애학생 관련 학교폭력에 대한 중학교 교사의 경험 분석을 통해 장애학생 학교폭력 현황과 실태를 파악해 보았다. 연구를 통해 학교폭력으로부터 장애학생을 보호하는데 일차적인 목적이 있으며, 미성숙하고 성장기 과도기적 특성을 보이는 비장애학생들에게 지속적인 장애이해교육 및 학교폭력예방교육을 실시하는 것이 장애학생 보호에 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 학교폭력 사안 절차에 따른 응보적 교육과 회복적 생활교육의 병행으로 장애학생에 대한 학교폭력이 재발하지 않도록 학생, 교사, 학부모, 학교폭력 전담경찰 등 교육공동체 모두가 주의를 기울여야 한다는 것이다.|This study was conducted to identify the current status and actual conditions of school violence toward students with disabilities through the analysis of middle school teachers' experience in school violence related to them. The primary purpose of this study is to protect students with disabilities from school violence. To begin with, it is important to protect students with disabilities by continuing disability understanding education and school violence prevention education for non-disabled students who are immature and have transitional characteristics during the growing period. In conclusion, all the persons concerned to education such as students, teachers, parents, and school violence police should pay attention to prevent the recurrence of school violence toward students with disabilities. It should be done simultaneously with the complementary education and the restorative life education according to the school violence prevention procedure.
